Hey, guys. I know I don't get on a lot, and that frustrates some on here that I talk to, but I assure you that I'm still an active member on here. I'm not leaving or anything like that.

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate all of you and this website. I had discovered Nintendo Land and I was blown away by its creative atmosphere of fan-fiction and things like the Death Matches page. It was a lot of fun for me to look through.

That's how I found out about here. I had seen a message board link on the side of the website before, but I never checked it out. I didn't even know it was called VGF.

But at the time I first got on here I was going through a really difficult time in my life. My parents were getting a divorce and it was horrible for me. I needed a distraction, something to get involved in when I wasn't at school or doing homework.

I became incredibly fascinated with the features of the community, with things like sprite comics and Gunjin matches. It gave me something to do and laugh at, something to cheer me up.

And so, as many of you know, once I got on here I came off as quite a bit of a spammer of sorts- but it wasn't meant like that. I was an energetic kid excited to check everything out. None of it was meant to annoy you, though a lot of my responses to constructive criticism when making sprite comics were immature, heh heh.

But this place was amazing to me, and it stayed that way and still is great. Looking at Val's Mario Christmas feature he did a few years ago, looking at fan-art, there's so many great experiences here.

And I really have to appreciate that you were all here keeping this place alive. I really do think that getting to talk and get involved here really helped me through a horrible time in my life, when there were so many things I was unsure of. You all have had amazing advice and, at the very least, have always provided a warm kindness to me when I needed it. Though some don't like me. XD

Thanks.
