Well, it's not a TV show, but I sure liked some of the old Disney narrators. Bing Crosby and Basil Rathbone in 'Ichabod Crane and Mister Toad', and then you got Sterling Holloway in 'Mickey and the Beanstalk' (a replacement for Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy in the package film version, whom I also quite liked).

The Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z narrators were easily my favorite, they're very memorable.
