Have you watched this film?
Favourite characters?
A deadly virus, released in 1996, wipes out almost all of humanity, forcing survivors to live underground. A group known as the Army of the Twelve Monkeys is believed to have released the virus.
In 2035, James Cole is a prisoner living in an underground compound beneath Philadelphia. Cole is selected to be sent back in time to find the original virus to help scientists develop a cure. Meanwhile, Cole is troubled by dreams involving a foot chase and shooting at an airport.

Great, weird movie. It's a little less Gilliam-esque than your average Terry Gilliam flick, but hey.
...kind of feels like '12 Monkeys' was sort of Brad Pitt's warmup for playing Tyler Durden (EDIT: or Aldo Raine, for that matter). Say what you like about Pitt, but the guy can play a crazy cult leader.

I started to watch it once, but I think I was distracted or fatigued or something, because I don't remember much past the opening minutes, & I definitely didn't make it to the end. And that's very strange, because I normally love Terry Gilliam movies.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Never knew there was a movie. I watched the TV series. It had its moments, but by the end, I was more watching it to see what happened rather than because it was good.
To me, you are the teacher in the Charlie Brown cartoon.
