BOF stands for Breath Of Fire 2 and SNES stands for Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
I am at this part where I just gotten the Lady and her daughter a home and Bow told me to do something but, I forgot and I am totally lost so please, help me!!!

Go back to Capitan. You need to talk to one of the carpenters there to get him to build houses for you. The carpenters' each build different style houses and offer a different specialty.
1. regular house: His wife cooks various items together for other items. This is the most practical carpenter, since you can get more WiseBls from cooking.
2. tree house: You can play a minigame of some worth in order to win weapons that are good in the meta game.
3. arabic house: Builds a pub where various people will tell you miscellaneous info, like how many battles you've fought, how many drawers you've opened, etc. He will also offer a drink to restore all characters' guts to 3 flames.
