FF5 characters wouldn't be bad either. As long as they do another joke with Faris like in the Graveyard of ships/

She threatened to cut Bartz's throat if he left her behind again. Classic.

The problem with KH is that there isn't enough FF stuff in it. There's like 7 cameos, and that's it. It would be much cooler if you could actually use them. Although Sephiroth rules in that game. He's harder than the final boss.
And wouldn't it rule to be able to go to FF worlds? It would be cool to see Cleyra or Alexandria or Gold Saucer.

Pointless fact of the week:
Scorpions can live without food for 1 year and underwater for 2 days.

I think the point of Kingdom Hearts is that there is more emphasis on the Disney aspect. Square chararacters are just there for show.
But they should give us a handfull of FF worlds. Hell i'd like to see the originals in the game.

With L&S popularity as high as it is, it'll probably be there.Originally posted by Roguish Nyo:
I'd prefer there be no Lilo/Stitch and characters and such. I just... don't. Eh. I mean, come on. Kinda got on my nerves.

Tetsuya Nomura, director and character designer for the Square Enix hit Kingdom Hearts, opened up in a recent interview and divulged a few details regarding two upcoming titles in the series, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. He also pointed out what makes the series different from Square Enix's other offerings.
Regarding the Game Boy Advance title, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, Nomura promised that it would have the same essence as the first title of the series, with the exception of some new features like the deck of cards. The story will fill in the gap between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, and it will follow the adventures of Sora, Donald, and Goofy as they search for the enigmatic Chain of Memories.
As for the PlayStation 2 title Kingdom Hearts II, the story will take place one year after the events of the first game. Nomura pointed out that the series is not like Square Enix's successful Final Fantasy series. While each Final Fantasy features a new cast in a new world in every game, each Kingdom Hearts game will continue the story of Sora. In other words, the series will last as long as Sora's story goes on.
While neither Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories nor Kingdom Hearts II has been given an official release date, both titles should be available in Japan sometime next year. North American releases for both titles have not been announced.
New details have emerged regarding the sequel to the Disney/Square infusion Kingdom Hearts. As reported earlier, the basic game mechanics in the sequel, Kingdom Hearts II, will remain similar to the original. The summoning system will make a return and will be modified, making it easier to call the summons into battle.
Along with the return of the summons comes a reworked version of the Gummi ship. Malificent and her army of Heartless will also be present in the new game. Kingdom Hearts II does not have a set release date in Japan, and plans for a North American/European release have not been set in stone. However, judging from the impressive sales of the first game on both continents, it is highly likely there will be one in the future.

*SPOILER POST*

There is only one hooded figure in the US KH2 Trailer, who is highly likely to be the same Blonde-haired boy from the earlier pic. There are several hooded figures, none of which we know but the blonde boy from the trailer. Riku is none other than the man on the building who was sporting a blindfold. Obvious. (And it has been confirmed, as well.) The girl at the end of the trailer is most thought to be Kairi, although the pictures we see of Kairi from behind (like in the first pic) seem very different. The girl in the trailer has much longer hair, and it seems brown. I thought at one point that it was possibly Tifa, but unlikely.
More characters that we don't know were revealed in the japanese version of the trailer, called "Deep Dive". You can read a summary of it and pictures from it as well at AnsemReport.com

Yeah, he does. Look:Originally posted by Digitalpotato:
I heard the blonde guy in the back who won't reveal his face is a kid who wants to protect Sora who dual-weilds the Oathkeeper and Oblivion Keychains (Saw a screenshot with them). I think I want to get this game to find out who the heck his is.
Look closely above the keyblade and you'll see the paopu fruit keychain.
