It's not well done. It's a bunch of ranting about irrelevent things or simple things that he doesn't get.

I don't think the fact that Square screwed up the Magic System and Experience System is a "simple thing", Bolt. And I don't think that the great misuse of the Chrono Trigger Plot/World/Characters is a "simple thing" either. I understand the damn game plenty, Bolt. It's not that damn complicated. And I stand by my list. Square could have done better easily.-jay

Being different is screwing something up? Being different is misusing something? And you DON'T understand the game, which is why it's always your chief complaint.

You list is a bunch of unbacked rantings.

I let alot of things pass with that game. But the Level system was really badly done. I mean once you hit 100 stars all characters you would like to work up in stats are basically screwed.

In any case get back to the topic at hand. I don't recall the topic being called CC debate 6. Bolt if you don't like Jay's 10 ten make a counter-top ten....or something non-argument like.

If you read my first post, Bolt, you'd see that I said that CC is still one of my favorite games of all times. But that doesn't mean it doesn't have problems.

And I don't think you'll find anyone who likes the Star System. And few that like the Element system.

Bolt, Chrono Cross is far from a perfect game, so stop acting like you made the damn thing. It's a good game, but it has it's flaws, just like any other game. Sheesh. It's not like its the Son of God and no one can criticize it.

And I understand the damn game plenty, so don't go day I don't. There's a difference between understanding a game and wishing that it could be easier to comprehend or wishing that it was more comprehencive or wishing that it was better.-jay

You wouldn't mind taking this to PMs right? This subject has been touched on countless times. And Bolt always says "You don't understand it." and then Jay makes his response. It's kinda repetitive.

I only mind it since it goes against what the topic is about. A healthy debate is fine if thats the purpose of the topic.

It's fine i think, i mean, if we were to create a "Chrono Cross debate" topic, then no one would ever post in it, this way people are more intrigued... but it should stay on topic as well..
