Credit cards

We use these pieces of crap so much. And yet we wonder why we are in so much debt when the bill comes up. I hear my neighbors next door yell about their bills so loud I have to turn up the stereo just to drown their voices out.

It's a lot easier to get into debt that many people realize...
Credit cards may be kinda dumb but some of us swear by em to make it on a day to day basis.

What I do is this: I pay the whole amount. Every time. On time.
How I do this: I only buy what I know I have money for. I use cash when I can, and checks or the credit card only when I need more money than I'm carrying.
Why I do this: Common sense.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

And yet not many people have that much common sense like people like us. :headbang: :smashhead:

Common sense is old and uncool people

Debt is the hot new thing!

I use my debit card, it has an overdraft protect credit line, but I do not need to use it very often. Other than that, I use cash and exact change. Usually I have that calculated before even going to the checkout or register.

See, this is why you use a "debit card."

How about college payments? Payments for a vehicle? For a house? Do you actually just HAVE several thousand dollars sitting in your pocket you can pay bills with?

I'm a debit card person for the time being, but the way things are going I may as well just go into debt. >.<

I paid cash for my car, $1k at a government auction.
I prepaid cash for my Housing Contracts
My bills draw from my debit account.

A lot of saving leaves me pretty well set, at least until my housing contract runs out, then I go back to being a vagabond and working at the factory.
