^I think you've confused 'Law and Order' with 'CSI'. It's an easy mistake to make.

Re: Theme Songs!
No judgment, dovey. We're all a little silly.
[EDIT: Speaking of TV themes and silliness, how have we made it to page 2 without someone mentioning 'Ranma ½'? For real, guys.

...I would never mean that. You're the only person who would mean that, because you're clearly the devil. No thank for you, creature of darkness. Get thee behind me.
So, not to be super basic, but I love the 'Steven Universe' theme. It's so sweet and nice. My favourite is the original-------------it gets a little nuts later on when things get a little nuts, but I still appreciate the Season 1 calm version. Short and sweet, one and done.

Re: Theme Songs!
Ranma 1/2, I can't believe I forgot it. That song somehow walks the tightrope between annoying and catchy, and still comes out on top as iconic. It's a pretty cute song. Ranma's one of the few romantic comedies that are really good imo, the author does romance very well with her other works too like Inuyasha and Rin-ne.Booyakasha wrote: ↑Sun Apr 14, 2024 7:28 amNo judgment, dovey. Speaking of iconic, can't forget the American DBZ opening theme (well, I guess we can because we also made it to page 2 without posting that as well).
This one isn't among the best but it's one of the most memorable to me so it's kinda nostalgic, Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog. Do any of you even remember this one at all?

Re: Theme Songs!
I absolutely remember the show existing, but have never seen any of it (not even now----------I'm at work, it'd be rude to play a video without headphones. Soon as I get home, though. Yeah).
[EDIT: I watched it. It was fine. I'm not a big fan of Irish stuff----------like, I don't hate it, but it's not our steez. Sorry, Mom, we've never been remotely Irish, we're Americans. We can still eat potatoes and cabbage, you know. We can listen to Flogging Molly and watch 'The Quiet Man', the IRA isn't going to come kill us.

Re: Theme Songs!
So, uhh, SPEED RACER
GO SPEED RACER GO
[EDIT: Holy crap, that 'Speed Racer' theme is always louder than I remember. I can have it almost on mute, and that brass spasm will still hit me like a gotdang ICBM.

Re: Theme Songs!
^^It's eerie, isn't it. Not the show----------the feeling that you're looking at something wild.
Do you remember that Ghostbusters cartoon? The one that necessitated that the real Ghostbusters call itself 'The Real Ghostbusters'? Jokes that was.
...I was gonna post the intro, but then I remembered this topic is about good theme songs, and 'The Real Ghostbusters' is the realest sh*t ever. I'mma bust that other so-called 'Ghostbusters' wide open like the bustas they are. Because bustin makes me feel good.

Re: Theme Songs!
...fair enough. All that's required is that you like it. And to be fair, even if it isn't the Real one, it's still a bop. It's got a bounce, a pep.

Speaking of bustin' supernatural creatures:
Bonus: The version from the musical episode.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Also speaking of bustin in the 90s...
Spoiler.
I loved this crappy show, man. I guess I always knew that it wasn't very good. If it were good I'd have it on tape, wouldn't I.boo--------------a real american weirdo
