Re: Your favourite dragon movies
11 Dragon Ball films feature the Eternal Dragon (Curse of the Blood Rubies, Mystical Adventure, Path to Power, Dead Zone, World's Strongest, Tree of Might, Lord Slug, Fusion Reborn, Battle of Gods, Resurrection F, Broly). I'd just pick those, the only question is which to omit, probably Blood Rubies.

Re: Your favourite dragon movies
I liked 'Dragonheart', and 'Flight of Dragons', and 'Sleeping Beauty'.
'Willow' has that terrific two-headed fire-breathing bugaboo. It's so weird-looking and nightmarish. I don't know what anyone else calls a dragon, but I think it counts.
The live-action 'Dungeons & Dragons' movie is pretty appalling.

^ Oh, Dragonheart is good. Lots of nostalgia for it. I knew I was forgetting something.

Re: Your favourite dragon movies
Heh, I totally forgot to mention 'Mulan', because the dragon is just about the least important, least memorable thing in the movie. That's a mightily dingdong peculiar thing to say.

Not in any particular order:
Mulan
Shang-Chi & the Legend of the Ten Rings
The Desolation of Smaug
The Sword in the Stone
Shrek
Shrek 2
Pete's Dragon (original)
Pete's Dragon (remake)
How to Train Your Dragon (trilogy)
Raya & the Last Dragon
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Re: Your favourite dragon movies
I liked all three How to Train your Dragon movies.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
I'm gonna count Detective Pikachu.
Thor Ragnarok had a dragon towards the beginning.
After that, to round out a top 10 I might include Shang-Chi, Mulan, Shrek, and the first movie of the Hobbit trilogy (I actually liked the first one).

Re: Your favourite dragon movies
...animated 'Hobbit' and 'Return of the King' are great, and Smaug looks pretty rad. (RotK...the Witch-King of Angmar himself looks and sounds way better than he does in the crummy live-action movie, but i gotta give it to the the live-action one for giving the Witch-King a gross yuck-o monster wyrm to ride in on. Animated one is a little generic and nondescript in comparison.)
'Neverending Story' has Falkor. It's easy to forget he's a dragon because he looks like a huge albinid cocker spaniel or something, but he totally counts.
