Anything with a ball is boring. Combat sports are tolerable. The single most boring one has to be soccer though. The only way to make it more interesting is to let everyone fight, kinda like the reputation hockey has.

I just don't care for gridiron football at all.
And the weird scoring system in tennis annoys me.

It's gotta be cycling. I couldn't watch the Tour de France unless a loved one was participating. Even then I couldn't likely give it my undivided attention.
