Spider-Man is the only superhero I really cared about much. Batman is cool too. Plenty are tolerable but I never really followed them closely at all.

original Nick Fury
Jubilee
Batman

Oh yeah, I forgot manga are comics. Drat, I missed a chance to swoon over Goku embarrassingly.

^Think even old Norm Von Scott forgot about Hsu and Chan's comic book series. I wanna know how that werewolf story ends, man.

...I forgot to put Sam and Max on my list. I'm a terrible Sam and Max fan.

In no particular order, only including characters that are mainly heroes, and only characters that originated in that medium:
Spider-Man
Hulk
Dr. Strange
Jean Grey
Thor
Batman
Wonder Woman
Superman
Reed Richards
Franklin Richards

^You ever read 'X-Men vs Fantastic Four'? That's a real good comic. It's so good.

I didn't like the Fantastic Four before, but I liked them after. Like, I kind of like Johnny Storm and She-Hulk, now. That's a pretty good indicator of a rad comic.

No, how recent is it? I kinda follow a recent storyline where Xavier and Magneto have formed a mutant sanctuary on an island, and they were fighting with the First Family over Franklin Richards coming to join the other mutants. Later it turns out that Franklin isn't technically a mutant, but that he had given himself the X gene with his reality warping powers.

Ooh, no, not that, though that sounds sick. The one I'm talking about is an oldie but a goodie. Mid-eighties------------Storm and Magneto were in charge. Ororo still had her mohawk. The X-Men were hanging out with Moira (Colossus and Nightcrawler were on injured reserve), and Kitty Pryde was dying by inches, so they reached out to the Richards for help, and...I mean, it was a real awesome comic.

My best friend at the time (probably fifth grade) gave it away to me because he wanted to see the X-Men and the Fantastic Four beating each other up. You get a little bit of that, but it's mostly a real good story about these characters you like. It's really well-written. I'm not joking when I say I like the Fantastic Four way more now--------like, if you liked Reed and Franklin before, you should check it out. Like, natch I liked Ben Grimm before, but now I like Sue. That's prodigious.

...I'm really not trying to be snotty, here--------I just think it's funny that other countries evidently like Captain America way more than the US does.

Priam Agrivar from those Forgotten Realms comics DC released
There be pheasants and penguins and booberry trees between the greenest of skies and the whitest of seas
Wertle-wertle-wertle-woo, wertle-woooo...
