Shows/movies that have never had a home/digital release.

Some shows or movies have either only had a few home or digital releases, or have never had any releases, and you can only watch episodes on YouTube or shady video sharing sites. There can be a wide variety of reasons for this, such as rights issues or there just isn't a high demand for the show/movie to justify a home or digital release.

What are some such shows?

I'm sure there's cases of this that irked me but I can't remember any. Interesting topic though.

Cry Baby Lane. It first aired in October 2000, & then not again until 2011 (at which point I made a copy of it). It's aired a handful more times since then, but has never had a home release.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Lot of movies from the end of the 90s, when DVDs were just kicking off, never got DVD releases. I have never seen a DVD of 'Fierce Creatures', or 'The Road to Wellville'. Also sometimes foreign flicks just don't get DVD releases stateside. I'd love a nice DVD, instead of my smelly old VHS copy of 'Welcome to Woop Woop', only I'd kind of be restricted to watching it on my cam-pyoo-tor, because the only DVD releases I can find for it are R4 (Australia, New Zealand and (presumably) Norstrilia).

Calamity Jane was too good for this sinful world.

Class of 3000, sing!

Also, before Steve Harvey was a jackass game show host, he was a jackass in a fairly decent sitcom called The Steve Harvey Show, co-starring Cedric the Entertainer.

There are a lot of classic Hong Kong movies from the '80s and '90s which are only available on the rarest, most out of printest, horriblest DVDs and VHSs one could ever imagine. Might as well have never been released at all.

Getting a region-free Blu-Ray/DVD player was one of the best hardware purchases of my life.

^I should look into one of those. I've heard 'Sunshine on Leith' is a pure delight---------I'm just sick enough in the head to be hyped about a musical featuring nothing but Proclaimers songs. I don't think it's available for digital download (not anywhere I've looked, anyway), and all the BDs and DVDs I've seen for it are R2.
