Well I died.

So yesterday, I found out the girl of my dreams, who I have loved since the moment I met her years ago, does not infact hate me, but would never want to be with me and despises being around me.

I honestly would rather have had her hate me, if that was the case I could make things better. But the way it happened I'm not going to be able to fix things.

so yeah I'm really sad. I guess I got closure at least :D

yeah I guess

yeah

things are not terrible

yeah

right

yeah

yeah

sure

everythings gonna be alright

everything

Out of curiosity, when did you meet her? And was she your first love?

My class has 8 girls in it, ~5 of which are single about 3 of which are options for me. So not that many fish in the sea, but thanks anyway.[DOUBLEPOST=1392342939,1392342870][/DOUBLEPOST]

Middle school/early high school sweethearts aren't generally going to be meant to last. I know it seems like she is the world to you right now but in a year or two you'll probably completely forget about her. Love at first sight is for faerie tales, but in the real world a relationship will boil down to more chemistry between two people.

I'm sorry that she ended up not wanting to be with you though, that really blows man.

yeah, I hope so. but that is quite a whiles away. and in such a small school it is really awkward and weird since we have like 4 classes together everyday and we usually end up near each other because there is barely anyone else (only 12 people in my whole grade)

How do you despise being around someone and yet not hate them?

I would like to believe that some day you can work on having a friendship with her... but if it's not meant to be, then I feel that it's better to try to remember her with fondness.

Everyone is different... *shrugs*

Hopefully, you have lots of reasons to smile soon!!! *gives you marshmallows* :D
She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

Happiest faerie of VGF.

Pretend she doesn't exist and watch her come crawling back once you show her you don't need or particularly want her and have other places to be, people to see, things to do. Then when she does, laugh at her and say something witty to cast her off with, while remaining aloof.

Sit back and watch the rage. Or move on.

Too weak to even say it straight then. Why try to spare someone when you tell them you despise being around them.

Brother TnT, I was where you were once. From ages 14-19, I had high hopes that I would soon marry a woman I met in the eighth grade...but, long story short, our friendship ended because I was deceived. And nobody likes being deceived. For a couple of months, I thought I would never grow out of the shadow of this friendship termination, but now, I see it as one small incident in what's otherwise been a pretty good life.

If you apologize to your friend and she does not accept, don't sweat it. You know what she did to wrong you, so if you don't bother with those kinds of people, you'll grow more as a person.

Besides the fact that you should have used whom instead of who, let me also state that you've got a very funny definition of the word "loved" here. While I won't nitpick and deny the fact that you like this girl a lot and would do many things to have a shot ad being with her, the word you used is not that. While your pain is no less real, and I sympathize with that, it is a hair melodramatic. It might seem harsh to say, and I hesitated greatly in doing so, so if it went a touch too far, that's my bad.

Let me say that I have had my share of crushes--quite the string of them, in fact--that never came to be. On top of that, if you discount the first relationship I was in, none of the relationships I ever was in lasted much more than a few months. In the arena of romantic relationships with others, none of it is easy, and falling from the apex of what feels like seventh heaven feels like crushing defeats. However, let it be said that no girl (or relationship) will ever complete you; you have to be a complete person--happy in singlehood--before any relationship is meant to be. It's easy to give the advice of "let that girl go, she's not good enough for you" or "do whatever you can to make it up," but the honest truth is that there's no right answer because, all in all, if you're not comfortable in yourself and who you've surrounded yourself with, there are no obvious right answers. And if you're complete with yourself, then there are many right answers.

Take time to mourn your loss, and we'll be here for you in the meanwhile. And when you're ready to fly again, we'll cheer you on.

If she had the gall to say she despises being around you without a good reason, you're probably better off.

^agreed

That sucks, man.
Why would she despise being around you?

Either way, things'll get better, no worries. :)
I like the saying that when one thing gets taken away it's usually to make way for something better.
she sounds like a b anyway, youre probably better off ^_^

I don't know why at all honestly, I know she hates my sense of humour but that ain't nothing big, well not that big at least.

And she is a b, but I love that :(

^ You've got a long road ahead of you if you love bitchy people. In fact, I'm not even sure I'm reading this right, that's how little sense this makes to me.
