My breakfast is an omelette... with jalapenos.

We have a lot of jalapenos here.

I like to eat, and I like to add seasoning to things. I'm not vastly interested in what I consider a tedious series of motions, which a lot of cooking tends to come off as in my experience. This is generally why I tend to prefer making pizzas to making most anything else. That also pays off, because I tend to prefer eating pizzas to most anything else.
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

I love cooking, baking, experimenting with herbs and spices...but I also don't cook very often.

I also really like those semi-prepared things you can get at Trader Joe's; the scallops in sauce is my favorite thing to put over pasta.

I cook for a living, and enjoy doing so.

I'm not especially picky, actually. I enjoy the act and the environment infinity more than the result. If pressed, I'm pretty happy working saute (basically if it can be done in a pan, it's done there... also called saucier if you wanna be fancy), and a lot of my roots in kitchen work stem from garde manger (or salads, sandwiches, hors d'ouevers, anything not hot, really). Both feel pretty satisfying to pull off during a busy night or function.
