Dyed hair

#1

Post by The Flattest Pancake » Sun Apr 28, 2013 8:29 pm

I suppose you could consider this a sort of pet peeve, but I can't stand dyed hair.

I mean, if it's a darker color like purple then I'm not too bugged, but pink and blue hair really irritates me.

Anyone else annoyed by this?

Not really. It's a waste of time, effort, money and seems like a particularly vain thing to do in general, but it doesn't really bug me when it comes down to it.

And it tends to look pretty good, usually so mission accomplished I guess.

Why does it bug you? Doesn't really seem like something that affects you at all.

I'm going to rebleach my bangs, dye them hot pink, and post an image in here to spite you.

If I stop being lazy, at least...

(If anything, I'm just jealous that others can dye their hair cool colors so easily- My hair is dark and EXTREMELY thick so I have to bleach it several times for any sort of result and then it's STILL darker than I want it //rage)

Eh, let them dye their hair if they want. Most of the time it looks good if they do it right. I like when girls have a few streaks of color too. Looks good. To each their own though I suppose. The only danger is killing their hair to where it falls out :(

^That happened to Debbie Harry. Her hair fell out temporarily in the early 90s.

^That's true. Have you every dyed your hair black? Going out in the sun like that would be miserable!

I think dyed hair can be rather awesome. :3 I personally wouldn't do it (just because it seems like too much of a hassle, and I'm okay with my hair as is), but there are a lot of good cases of it out in there.

I love dyed hair, actually. One of my biggest turn-ons.

Yeah, blue hair is so irritating.

Thank goodness purple hair doesn't bug you too much.

What about red? Color of the devil.

Welp, bro, 14 people just proved you wrong here.

For me, as long as it isn't super-uber-mega bright, I'm good.

I like dyed hair. It adds excitement to the ho-hum of the common man's scalp. And as long as you aren't dying your hair with radium, you're really not hurting anyone by doing it.

Well, you guys/girls have certainly proved your points.

I suppose dyed hair isn't too bad, even if it is extremely bright.
