I realize I am late, buuuut....
The absolute most important thing to remember is that as soon as you decide within yourself that you are in any way incapable of doing something, be it "get a woman" or, well, anything, you probably will not be able to do it. This is a lesson I learned in both live music and even something as small as playing Magic: the Gathering at big tournaments. In both cases, as soon as I decided "oh man, what if I **** up" or "oh man, this guy is good, I can never beat him", I usually ****ed up or lost. I had to conquer that attitude and learn to sit down to play with focus, and with a "Iknow I can ****ing do this" attitude instead. Life is a series of situations where you decide how to react. When your default reaction is "well I guess I suck", das bad. So man, just don't be that way.
Being short does not have any bearing on attraction. SD summed it up, but I'll reiterate: you don't have to "protect" a woman. I defy any man to attempt to harm my fiance, because she will kill them to death. The whole "fairer sex" mustachioed men engaging in fisticuffs to protect the damsel and jolly good tally ho etc. thing is an archaic way of thinking.
So yeah, dude, don't dig that little misery hole and sit in it. You got this, man.
You Braveheart.

Hell, my sister grew an inch at 25-26.

Though, I'm told I look about 5'5.

Nonsense, I have not yet begun to defile myself.

i somehow doubt genetics work that way as the vast vast vast majority of my family are over 6 foot by a good degreeVG_Addict wrote:Though, my sister grew an inch at 24-25.
My mom's 5'4-5'5, and my dad's 5'8, so I could have at least been 5'5-5'6.
leaving me the tyrion lannister of the family.

Self-confidence based upon physical attributes isn't self-confidence by definition... because those things can always be changed without your control. Self-confidence is based solely upon who you are because that's the only thing you have absolute conscious control over.VG_Addict wrote:If I were taller, I'd probably have at least a LITTLE bit more confidence.
