Being treated like a kid.

My parents treat me like a kid, and I'm 21 years old. It's because I had a brain injury at birth, and am prone to impulsive actions. Like just now, I lost my dad at a Dollar General, and since he usually goes to the bank next door before he goes, I went there. It turns out he was still in the store.
Another way they treat me like a kid is they won't let me take the bus to my community college, and I'm stuck doing online courses.

That doesn't sound too impulsive. Actually, quite the opposite; you made a reasonable prediction of where to find your dad based on his usual patterns of behavior.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

pretty much what the capt said. i dont get what your parents hope to achieve by over sheltering you. thats not gonna prepare you for the rest of your life, try to let them know that.

I talked to my mom last year/earlier this year, and she said someone from my church could drive me to college. So, it's a start.

Do you think they're sheltering me?
