Huh. I figured you'd be depressed over something like this.

I don't really feel like having a party, I just don't have anyone to talk to right now...

Just think of this as a new beginning. There's a lot you can do when you're single that you can't while in a relationship.

Interesting you're celebrating...what went wrong in your relationship exactly?

According to her, the relationship was "dead", and she "needed time to work on herself" despite "still being attracted to and in love with me". When I proposed we stopped living together and just dated instead she said "I can't handle that".
Apparently this has been building throughout the course of us living together, and she just recently realized it

I'm really sorry to hear that man. A girl saying she still loves you but is breaking up with you is hard.
You have my sympathy.

Really sorry to hear that, Tim. Breaking up is never easy, especially when you live together. I hope that all happens smoothly. You can hit me up on facebook if you need to.
And, by the way everyone, he's being sarcastic, not celebrating.

Her loss, probably.

The way I view it, the way she sounds as if she's trying not to hurt your feelings as best she can. Because if she were really "still being attracted to and in love with [you]," that's the opposite of the "relationship being dead." If she really wanted to make it work, there would be give and take in there. :/
Good luck coping with things, Monstr. I'm here if you need someone.

Hey man, that sucks. If you don't have anyone to talk to I'm always willing to listen as well. Break-ups can be hard. :c

The worst part is I'm still living with her... and I keep trying to get her back...

Yeah, still living together is going to make this way worse than it needs to be. :(
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I'm not someone who is qualified to give advice, but find a way to not live with her, no matter what. Also, stop trying to get her back; easier said than done but completely move on.
