lack of sleep during stressful times

So it's been a giant ****ing crazy last two weeks. I've had to deal with play practice, football, student council, homework, and still find time for my friends. I had to help plan multiple homecoming events, settle disputes between people in one of said events, and at up for the big dance. beforehand i had to deal with plans suddenly falling through or changing. at said dance I finally admitted my feelings to a girl that I've liked for a good time now. now that she's said no, I'm dealing with the awkwardness that follows with trying to get our friendship to where it was before all this. this is all ****ing incredibly stressful, I have a constant headache, and I'm staying to get a cold.

on top of all this, I can't sleep. I usually go to sleep between 11:15 and midnight, but it's rare that I ever fall asleep before 2 or 3. Then I usually wake up three or four times throughout the night, until I wake up for good around 6. When I wake up during these times, it often takes me at least twenty minutes before I fall asleep. so combined total is usually maybe two and a half hours of sleep. maybe.

I'm really thankful that I have the friends that I do, both at school and here, that I can just vent all the **** that I have going on to them and they'll encourage me and all that. I just hope the entire. rest of the year isn't this insane. and I hope I can get some sleep in the process.

edit: apologies for awkward spelling/grammar. posted this on my smartphone.
