It's always seemed a bit soul-crushing to do things that are simply necessary to make other necessary things possible. It's often a never-ending chain of artificial responsibilities. I tend to resent modern society for that.

I was going to be responsible today, then I found out that Spaced is streaming on Netflix Instant. I've always wanted to watch that. Oops.

One thing I worry about is being responsible for others foolish actions. My mom for the longest time seemed to be the go to when people made stuff hit the fan, but not only is my mom getting tired of it(which at this age she deserves not to worry about anyone but herself) but she can't really support other people either.
