I had a four and a half hour karate test on Saturday and was sore all the way until monday. D: Of course it doesn't help I got sunburn from being outside and sprained my knee. But I passed anyways and just aloe'd and Epsom Salt Bathed myself.

I actually enjoy the sore feeling I get after a good workout.

It lets me know I'm doing something right.

Usually, I only get sore after repetitive throwing, such as if I'm playing a ball sport.

Hey it does mean you're doing something right but that doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. XP

well maybe it's just cause of the sprained knee.

Shouldn't have carried on training with a sprained knee. Specially in karate. But did you pass the test?

I enjoy the soreness after my workouts, actually. Sunburns, however, royally suck. I have thankfully never had an outdoor belt test.

Yes. It didn't seem that bad, it's not swelling too much so it doesn't look like a minor sprain. My ankle hurt more when I sprained it.

I have to say, I enjoy the feeling after a work out too. It's the persistent soreness a week later that's annoying. :p

I like feeling sore usually... like abs and stuff like that. But if it hurts too much to move, that's not good. <_>
