Nail art is fun. When I can be arsed to do it, anyway. Used to do school colors for game days, both in marching band and at work.

I'm okay with this. Like I said, I more do nail polish for myself, and I'm woefully bad at doing artsy stuff, so I tend to choose low-key or neutral tones anyway. I think the fun thing about nailpolish is it's just another way to accessorize; same with a necklace that can be either bold or understated, it's all how you want it to be seen.

fake nails feel really good during a back scratch though sometimes you get stabbed in the back with one and it hurts like the dickens
