the first thing i thought when i saw this was "oh no another topic by irhp that's getting longer and longer"

i've never broken anything, i just curse. but usually i try not to do that because of people around me. screaming **** **** BITCH out loud can really make an awkward silence

^ Oh, come on.

I can be quite creative when I curse, and so that, coupled with rage, yeah...rooms can be quieted rather easily.

Let's all take a moment to acknowledge that trying to one-up everyone is a surefire way to look like a huge douche. Especially in misery. One-upping people in misery is BS. It's like, we all suck, some more than most, but in a way I'm certain I can find misery just as easily as the other sad bastards in sadsville.

screw you, eeyore
I muttered 'light as a board, stiff as a feather' for 2 days straight and now I've ascended, ;aughing at olympus and zeus is crying

the last time i threw something when i got mad at a game i was like ten sooo

oh my god what is even happening in this topic

/popcorn

[in news unrelated to this delicious popcorn, however, I find that the best way to lessen my anger if something really irritating happens in a game is to curse creatively and then somehow channel my righteous fury towards besting whatever got in my time the previous round]

[Peach stole my coins? ALRIGHT BITCH IT'S ****ING ON, I'LL JUST BUY THIS HERE SKELETON KEY AND BIG BOO THE **** OUT OF YOU IN THREE TURNS.]
I believe in second chances, and that's why I believe in you.

Thanks IRHP, though I was asking MK specifically so we could talk about Sportsmanship.

And I'm not going to lie, I also get frustrated at games. I'm not going to say I'm the perfect example here. But like SD said, I think there's a difference between Frustration and Uncontrollable Anger. It sounds like your reactions aren't as extreme as MK is making his sound, though.

I can't say I've ever smashed a controller and I always thought the people who said that were just BSing. I do get frustrated like ML and everyone else but if you get beaten by another player there's probably something you can learn from the encounter. If you're screwed by RNG, well, that's life isn't it? Happens to us all.
