SD it's cuz he was in the newspaper for being caught by the police. It's quite an embarrassing blemish for him and for the parents who happen to be extremely conservative. The baby boom era places a much harsher perspective on marijuana than does our generation.


As for marijuana being addictive, it's not chemically addictive but there are those who love to get high so much.

By definition, you can be addicted to literally any substance or activity, it's an absolutely insane idea to suggest THC is addictive as a chemical.

Why would someone quit doing something if they like it? Just to prove a point? That sounds petty.

Because employers still look down on having THC in your system. It sucks, yes, but it's something I had to do if I wanted to move on with my career.

But that's not the issue here. The point is, I was able to quit and haven't "relapsed" or some silly thing like that because pot is not addictive. Karg needs to quit lumping all controlled substances together.

Marijuana isn't addictive, and it was labeled bad as evil and deadly because of an ignorant smear campaign back in the 60s. He lumped his hatred of black people in with weed to look evil saying things such as "A negro man got really high off of weed and ended up killing an upright white family".

sorry, had to get a jab in due to past unpleasant dealings with him.

but back on topic, that is quite the overreaction those people had to their kid smoking weed, so much so that I am slightly more llikely to hurt them in some manner should I meet them. not that I'd actually do it, but I'd have an urge to. you did a good thing helping him out wvw.
