Have you watched Samurai Jack?
Which are your favourite charcaters?
Which are your favourite episodes?
Samurai Jack tells the story of an unnamed young prince (voiced by Phil LaMarr) from a kingdom set in feudal Japan, whose father (voiced by Sab Shimono as an elder man and Keone Young as a young emperor) was given a magical katana from three gods — Ra, Rama, and Odin — that he could and had used to defeat and imprison the supernatural shapeshifting demon Aku (Mako, and later Greg Baldwin for Season 5). Eight years later Aku escaped, took over the land, and held the Emperor hostage, but not before the prince was sent away by his mother to travel the world and train so he could return and use the magic sword to defeat Aku. On his return, the prince-turned-samurai faced and almost defeated Aku, but before he could land a finishing blow, Aku placed a time travel curse and sent him into the distant future, anticipating that he would be able to deal with the samurai by that time.

Great show. Super stylish and well-made. Great storytelling---------------not sure I could even choose between it and 'Avatar TLA'. Awesome voice-acting, too-----------Mako voiced Aku, and he delivered one of the funniest, most gleefully evil performances you'll ever hear.
Think my favourite episode is the one with Jack helping out the 300 future-Spartans against the robot menace. It's got great action-------------especially at the end, when the Spartan king and Jack are facing off against the boss monster, and Jack is guarding the king's back with twin shields while the king hacks away with Jack's sword. Man. That's a more entertaining version of the story than stupid '300' movie will ever be.
boo--------------a real american weirdo

I've heard nothing but good about Samurai Jack; I need to give it a go sometime.
And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Samurai Jack was Ausome. I am sad that they never really finished the series but ended with a bunch of tales.

^ ...Granted, I didn't watch that much of Samurai Jack, but I remember literally none of that, at all. It was, to my recollection, a very goofy and episodic series. There was some extremely cartoony Scottish samurai in one episode, so it tended to get pretty ridiculous.
At any rate, I have no idea how you lumped Catholicism in with the rest of that SJW stuff, especially considering the show didn't seem to ever touch on real world religions.
Anyway, I never liked the show's art style or tone. I only ever watched it when there was nothing else on.

The point is with Samurai Jack the final, I have to stress that point because that is what it is. When have somebody who does not follows their parents belief system but still have the same traits as the parents do. Those traits are then shown via other activities. If you took the time to know people then you would actually see them in action.
Honestly looking at Samurai Jack side-by-side with current Dragon Ball, I honestly do not know if i could watch the current Dragon Ball and take it serious.

Current Dragon Ball is improving slowly. It had a good start with introducing Beerus and resurrecting Frieza, but then it went downhill with the two most boring tournaments of the series and a mediocre rehash of the Future Trunks storyline.
Now, thanks to the two most recent films, Dragon Ball is regaining its greatness. The reimagining of Broly made for an excellent movie on par with even the original movies. The latest one, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, was good too and really improved the character interactions which were lacking for a long time. Definitely give it a chance, at least the last 4 movies if not the TV show or manga.
Anyway, as for Samurai Jack, I'm just not familiar enough to follow the conversation well. You make it sound a lot more interesting than I remember it being.

Beerus is a cat literally taken out of Egyptian mythology. It is like going downhill.
Frieza being brought back to life ( not like a trash talking zombie from GT ) is a low-blow to the series. I mean this whole entire thing with multiple universes kinda gets out of hand. Even his cyber or gold-form. It is just plain silly.
Nappa being brought back okay....but Frieza. Nope. I would just let him stay where he belongs.
Lets be fair is Japan have a problem with race? The fact that Majin Buu reincarnation never really had a go at a real series at all. Which is where things should have gone with the Dragon Ball series. Nope we need more Jackie Cha..I mean Bruce L...... I mean Journey to the we......I mean Goku.
It is just getting out of hand..................................
You should give Samurai Jack a chance. I am tired of blah blah animation/comic from the east. It is so repetitive now. It is like giving the excuse just to watch or read something just because.
Sometimes we a need a different pacifier. Too much soy-sauce not enough fish-sauce.

Beerus was actually based on Toriyama's own pet cat, but there are obvious Egyptian influences, certainly. I thought Whis was also funny and a unique addition to the cast. It's pretty good stuff, I think.
I understand where you're coming from regarding Frieza though. It's a common sentiment, that they shouldn't have brought him back. But the way they handled Broly was pretty good.
By Majin Buu's reincarnation I assume you're referring to the Indian boy, Uub? He was terribly underutilized in GT, but they hinted at bringing him into the picture for Dragon Ball Super. I just hope they don't discard him again. I'm pretty sure he'll be in the next movie they're making.
True, it can't hurt to give Samurai Jack a chance again. Next time I watch something I'll keep it in mind. You mentioned something about the video game being canon, where does that fit in?

Seee how lame is that is.
I think the videogame on adult-swim for PC basically makes some excuse to force Jack into scenario's. So it literally is him being dragged through another adventure. It is like Metroid Prime or Ninja Gaiden NES ( which is really a series that takes place in between another series ). You have to watch the climax of the original series "Jack Tales" ( whatever the one where the children makes up the ending ) and then watch the final series itself.
I playing through it but the game requires a controller and mine is not pairing. Jack has so many movesets to go through.
...........
I do not care about where the cat came from. That is just sad. Seriously it is like "Oh super power" but we are not going to see anything. It is like how "Super Mario 3d land" did the cat suit thing, even with Bowser.
Majin Buu...... ( Uub ) was the next-generation of Dragon Ball series. That is it. Japan, Hong Kong, China, or whatever force ( AKA the same people who did the animation ) did not want to use Uub at all. Instead they made GT.
Then this bs with "Dragon Ball Super" happen which mocks and claims that GT is not cannon.
It is hard to look at Dragon Ball anymore without taking it seriously. MegaXLR is far more reasonable then Dragon Ball.
...............
They are trying so hard to make the series look un-attractable but we fans keep biting like the moronic fishes we are.
.....Which brings us to
