Well, I wouldn't say it scarred me, but I sure didn't like the hideous garden of tormented souls outside Ursula's lair in 'Little Mermaid'.

The part in All Dogs Go to Heaven where Charlie dreams about getting thrown into Dog Hell (& true to the premise, he's the only one there besides the demons).
