The only anime series I've seen significant amounts of are Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Death Note, & Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. I haven't seen all of any of them, nor have I rewatched any of them.

I watched & rewatched a bunch of anime on Toonami & Adult Swim back in the early to mid '00s, so much of my list is from what they broadcasted.
I can't think of 25 I like enough to put on a list, I've watched more than that but they're somewhat forgettable apparently, so here's 15 great ones:
