Which are your favourites?
Any that aren't on TV anymore and you would like to see a return?

Have you watched any of these shown on RT?

I gave up on a bunch of the American ones. I still watch a few with gold in the title, which I'm sure are largely scripted or at least guided to make it more entertaining.

America's Got Talent is still decent, as is Britain's Got Talent. I find myself fast forwarding a lot, but there is still some good talent. I remember when American Idol first came out, and people loved watching the train wrecks, but I don't have the patience to sit through that anymore nor the average acts that the judges pretend are great. The ones in most other countries tend to be lackluster.

Naked and Afraid can sometimes be interesting, but it's really hit or miss.

I haven't bought more than probably a couple of products from it, but Shark Tank is entertaining and offers some basic business concepts. Sort of in that same category, The Apprentice UK is still generally the same and same formula as it has been.

The American version is kind of awful now and I stopped watching it a couple years ago, but Australian Survivor is compelling. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet and missed a few seasons after it went off air for a while, but the South African version is also supposed to be good.

I liked The Mole and the Australian version, but they were short-lived. I still watch the Dutch and Belgian versions and have been for a while. It's really popular there and growing.
To me, you are the teacher in the Charlie Brown cartoon.

I've never been into the genre. I've seen a few but never liked them much. Shark Tank, The Tester, and Pawn Stars were the closest I've come to enjoying any of them, just because there was nothing better to watch.

If Cops and Ninja Warrior count then those were okay. After I found out Cops was purposefully skewing racial representation that was the end of my interest in it. Ninja Warrior got ruined by changes too, they made some boring Americanized version.

I see a lot of funny memes from reality TV, so it seems to be a good source for those at least.

Of what would traditionally be called "reality" TV, only America's Got Talent, & even that I kinda got bored with as they amped up the filler more & more. Still a lot of talented contestants on that show, but I can't sit through the nonsense between performances anymore.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

...I mean, I like watching Gordon Ramsay tear people limb from limb on 'Kitchen Nightmares' and 'Hotel Hell'. I like watching Judge Rinder spit poison at people from the bench. And I like 'Mythbusters', and both 'Top Gear's, and I quite enjoyed 'The Grand Tour'.

Does 'MXC' count as a reality show, or is it at least one step further removed from reality than most reality shows?
