Have you re-watched it since?
What is your favourite episode?

Either Dragon Ball Z or Samurai Pizza Cats, I can't remember which I saw first, but probably SPC based on it airing well before DBZ (AFAIK). The first one I really followed was Pokemon.

I don't remember anything about SPC, but my favorite episode of DBZ is where Gohan kills Cell. Favorite episode of Pokemon, I guess the first one. It sets up the series perfectly, I think, and it's very memorable and iconic.

I don't recall exactly, but it might've been any of the following:
My Neighbor Totoro
Dragon Ball Z
Pokémon
Sailor Moon
Astro Boy

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Probably 'Speed Racer', or 'Kimba the White Lion'. I didn't watch them regularly, but I watched them. Wasn't really until 'Sailor Moon' (and, later, 'Pokemon') that I started making it a point to check out new episodes.

First anime movie was almost certainly 'Akira'. Blockbuster wasn't real discerning about what was and wasn't appropriate for kids back when I was in fifth grade.
