Have you watched this film?
What are your favourite songs?
If you were a character in this movie, which one would you be?

Teenager Dorothy Gale lives on a Kansas farm owned by her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em, who are assisted by three farm hands: Zeke, Hunk and Hickory. When Dorothy's dog Toto bites the wealthy Almira Gulch, Miss Gulch obtains a sheriff's order authorizing her to seize the dog to be euthanized. Toto escapes and returns to Dorothy, who runs away to protect her dog.

She lives in the clouds and talks to the birds...

Happiest faerie of VGF.

Great movie. I think my favorite song from it is "If I Only Had a Brain/Heart/Nerve".
I'd like to think I'd be one of the Lollipop Guild, because those guys have their lives figured out, but really I'm probably more like Professor Marvel.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Seen it a bunch as a kid. I only remember the "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". I'd probably be the lion.

Excellent movie. I consider myself greatly privileged to have seen it on the big screen more than once (when I was a kid, they'd put on matinee showings of old movies at the Times on sundays-------------it's how I got to see 'It's a Wonderful Life', 'Casablanca', 'North By Northwest', 'Court Jester' and 'Singing in the Rain' writ large).

Judy Garland's take on 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' is so beautiful I can't believe it.
boo--------------a real american weirdo
