Locke was one of my favorite characters from FF6.
Not only is he an unusual take on the standard rpg hero role, but they managed to give him an interesting backround as well. Plus, he's good in a fight.

Discuss.

Locke is the hero? I always considered that to be Terra.

I didn't really mean he was the main character (ff6 doesn't really have one). I just ment he is a hero, he shares a lot in common with most standard rpg heros, but they still managed to make him fairly original.

That's because Locke is secretly Irish/English/Jewish and that is the reason why he's excellent against going up against Kefka because he isn't a demon-saint f_ckin masterbater like Kefka was(oh, wait a minute, I've been watching way too much of the movies about the elizabethan age, and how they hated laughter).

Cool character, but kind of a crummy fighter. Stealing never seemed to steal anything...

Hooray! I always felt a sort of connection with Locke for some reason. It's all cool. He makes a great character and I regardless of not stealing anything cool half the time... he's a treasure hunter! C'mon, awesomeness in itself.

Locke is awesome, indeed, but General Leo is better.
