Oh yeah, that guy that everybody complained about being hard, until you realize the game is so rigged that you can beat him easily with a L15 character.

Wiegraf wasn't that bad, but Velius was a pain since I didn't know Yell.

Esiast battle in the game. Use Yell untill your speed is 50, then accumulate until your strength is 50. Attack. If people can't get through this battle, they shouldn't bother playing the game.

No...Wiegraf wasn't the easiest. Queklain and Gariland were the easiest, unless you tried to do Gariland with just Ramza and Delita.
And Velius was (Bleep)in hard and (bleep)in annoying, and even with all my (bleep)ing characters at (bleep)ing level 42, that (bleep) still (bleep)in whooped my character's (Bleep)in (bleep) into Oblivion. (bleep) you Wiegraf, you just made me swear like Yusuke in the YYH Manga.

If you did what I just said, it should be easiest to beat the battle with only Ramza.

Currently stuck in my Geomancer SSCC (ramza only, as a geomancer the entire game starting at dorter)
So i can't really use yell in this.
I just got there in another save which I probably can do what you did.
Of course, it's a strategy you can use in a lot of fights, not just this one.
And no. He's not the easiest fight in the game. Second Dorter trade city, Zirekile falls (assuming you're not caught unawares the first time) most chapter 1 fights and araguay woods and both zalmo fights are all much much easier.

And oh yeah for Wiegraf, another easy strategy is to have Ramza learn the highest jump skill (Horizontal 9 and vertical 9) for a Lancer and Yell and Accumulate and set Guts as a secondary skill. Then have Ramza run out of the way to use Yell, and then accumulate. After that, jump on Wiegraf. Then do the same for Velius. That's how I beat him easily on the second try besides having a Summoner use Math Skill to Cure 4 the party and Holy the hell out of Velius.
But still, it isn't the easiest because Wiegraf can still hit you when you're yelling and accumulating, because you have to keep out of his range. It's easy enough, but sometimes he'll catch up and use Lightning stab. Still, if you have nothing but X-potions and Ramza knows Auto Potion, that'll make it even easier in case he does hit you with lighting stab.

Chameleon Robe absorbs holy. Awesome to do the strategy.

yea. Wierd thing is, i don't think Lightning stab actually counts as holy element. It's prolly an AI flaw.

I never even HEARD of a chameleon robe. Where can I get it? It could really help against those ****ers with dark holy.
