I think destroying an entire planet gives Kuja some brownie points.

I don't think that's much of an accomplishment when you are fighting a weapon designed to destroy entire solar systems.

Designed to, but from what I hear she never actually does anything of the kind. Most people I know who've played both games tell me Trance Kuja would vaporize her...

That she never did doesn't really matter. She has the capability, unless you'd like to give proof that the plans were flawed.

i don't know anything about either one.

There's something that can be said about one who has the power to destroy the universe and not actively use it and one who can level a planet and willingly uses it.
I give it to Kuja since KOS-MOS probably wouldn't utilize her full power.

KOS-MOS would stand there and talk during a 10 minute cutscene. Kuja would destroy her with monkey man power!

I'll admit. I'm one of those loser people who vote in polls for fun when they have no idea who should win because they've never played either game.
But Kujo sounds cooler.

The girly man or the skanky robot. Quite the battle of the ages.

Kuja vaporizes a planet. KOS-MOS doesn't. Hesitation is the topic here. If Kuja is vaporizing a planet that, by the way, is made of high-tech steel and other elements and not dirt, while KOS-MOS is just contemplating, Kuja definitely shows more power and no mercy. If KOS-MOS's weapon is only said to have that power, and it is never demonstrated, we don't know if she has any power at all.

Kuja v. Indalecio would be cooler. But nobody knows who he is too much nor will a resume of his exploits influence much.

^Yes, it would. If you have enough of an argument, with suitable proof, than it's easy to influence 'much'. It's like comparing, say, Kefka to Sephiroth in terms of sheer power.
Kefka wins debate-wise because the facts are there.
It's why you don't see us pit most FF character against DBZ characters. Because DBZ characters would probably win the majority of 'em, and DBZ sucks.

I've used it before in a villian debate. I don't know. Kefka did some genocidal **** because it was fun. Indalecio wiped out 1 planet just because it was closest to where he wanted to go. And when he was thwarted he still managed to beinf down another planet with him.
It didn't hold up to Sephiroth or Kefka.
